Had a great stay at Sonder, the location was great and check in was super smooth. They communicated everything really clearly and the room was a great size! If you’re planning to use the pull out couch make sure to bring your own sheets and blankets as there are none provided in the room.

My husband and I booked the sonder loft to celebrate our 8 year anniversary and to destress after months of working from home. A Sonder representative messaged me the morning of our checkin date (when the refund/cancellation period had passed) to advise that there’s a plumping issue so they suggested another suite. Upon arrival we realized how small the new studio style suite was and both agreed that we were better off staying in our own home. We asked if there were any suites available that were closer in size to our original booking and no accommodations were made. Additionally, the room itself is on a main level and the windows aren’t fogged or shaded so anyone can see into it from street level. On top of that there were issues with the curtains so we were further exposed. In all, we were in a small unit for 1 week with only a mini fridge and shower, we had to purchase a toaster oven that we returned after our stay because we bought catered food (and food throughout our stay) that needed to be reheated. I would much rather have stayed in someone’s condo/loft via air bnb or my own house. Lesson learned.

place was wonderful and clean, only issue I had was that the bed was on wheels and would be half a foot from the wall by the morning, and we couldn’t find a way to fix it in place, but overall amazing place !
