The unit is on the second floor, facing North with an up close view of beautiful King Street West. The gym is conveniently located on the same floor. Toronto’s famous Lavelle roof top pool bar up above. Starbucks and Oretta on the ground floor, and Bar 44 Toronto underground. Within the unit: Rest your head on the lush queen sized bed. Kick back on the comfortable 3 seater sofa while enjoying the 58” smart TV. Feel right at home with the fully loaded kitchen. Washer and dryer also inside the unit for your convenience. Catch up with emails on the convenient work station / breakfast bar.

Karl's communication and instructions were excellent from the moment I booked. The accommodation was exactly as listed and the property is located in a part of the city that is very lively with lots of clubs and restaurants. Would definitely book again if I was to visit Toronto again.
Great location and space! Second floor with big windows that look over King Street - the street cars and buses stop right in front of the building which makes getting downtown and throughout Toronto very easy. Karl also checked in on us to ensure all was going well. Checking in was the only small difficulty as you have to get the key from a lockbox down the sidewalk a little bit but this wasn't any great inconvenience.
Karl places was great, even with a minor issue he reached out to me to correct the problem right away. He’s a great host and I appreciate the hospitality.

On King Street alone, just between Bathurst and Spadina you can find some of Toronto’s top rated establishments such as Lavelle, 44 Toronto, Porcetta, Forno Cultura, Lee’s, Patria, Baro, MARBL, Wilburs, Locals Only, EFS, Goldie, Myth, Dasha, Lost & Found, Regulars, Love Child and many many more. There is endless adventure in Toronto’s infamous King Street West neighbourhood.
There is an underground parking garage in the same building that will cost you around $15-$20 a night to park. I would recommend downloading the Honk mobile app, using zone 1902 and setting your date and duration to get a more concise estimate.
You can hop on the TTC streetcar that stops right outside the building on King street.
