Beau condo, très bien situé dans un quartier avec plein d'attractions comme la Tour du CN, l'aquarium, épicerie... La vue est vraiment magique !
Raiwinder was an excellent host. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The apartment was nice enough, with modern features, but could use some updating, in my opinion. The beds were comfortable and clean. The views were absolutely incredible! There were just a few things that could use attention. There is no air conditioning during certain months, but with the sun beating in those windows it gets hot quickly. He advised us to open the windows and patio door, which helped. However, there were no screens in one of the bedrooms, and the screen on the patio door was off the track, and has a huge hole in it. Also, the shower head in the master bath needs to be replaced as the water just trickles out of it. The couch cushions are stained pretty badly too, which made sitting on it uneasy for a germaphobe like myself. Just a few things to consider. Nothing major. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

There's a Tim Horton's about a minute from your front door and you can enjoy your coffee as you walk to pick up groceries at Sobey's or Bulkco. If you'd rather dine out, Hunter's Landing, Città and The Fox and Fiddle are all close by.
The Fort York Library is just a two-minute walk up the street. Canoe Landing is immediately in front of the building and provides a welcome and expansive green contrast to the surrounding condos. Roundhouse Park is less than a 15-minute walk away and houses two railway museums, a collection of trains and The Steam Whistle Brewing Company.
Living in this CityPlace condo is made easier by access to the TTC. ST ANDREW STATION - SOUTHBOUND PLATFORM Subway stop is a 12-minute walk. There is also FORT YORK BLVD AT DAN LECKIE WAY WEST SIDE BusStop, nearby, with route 121 Fort York Esplanade nearby. If you need to get on the highway from 21 Iceboat Terr, Gardiner Expressway and Rees St has both on and off ramps and is only a 2-minute drive.
