This is a fantastic place for a group gathering. Lots and lots of space to hang out in small or large groups, both indoor and out. Matt and Henrietta are friendly, thoughtful, helpful when you need them and unintrusive when you don't. I hope we have other suitable occasions to come back here!

This was an ideal place for three generations of our family of 14 during Thanksgiving weekend. Perfect to have the large dining table (seats 16), pool table, bar, and several tables for games in the same semi-open space. Gave us plenty of space to be together and do things in large and small groups and yet see everyone. Excellent, also to have the extra room for privacy to read or work quietly. We had fun cooking in the large commercial kitchen, which was well equipped including all kinds of condiments and other basics the host generously allowed us to use. From age 3 to 81, this group loved Vanderbilt Lakeside. Would definitely recommend and consider coming back for the next family reunion.

Words don’t do this gorgeous place justice!!!! Just stunning. Great hosts! Delicious food which they catered for us for a birthday celebration. Really wonderful place. Thank you Henrietta and Matt!!

Absolutely incredible experience from the start. Henrietta is an incredibly welcoming, kind, and thorough host who made sure we had everything we needed for the weekend. The rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious, the common spaces were cozy and fun, and the outdoor areas were beautiful. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others who are looking to host an event in the area.
