Adam is an AMAZING host. From the moment we clicked confirm until after Check-out, Adam was proactive, kind, responsive and all around wonderful. The home is BETTER than the pictures show - everything is clean, new and in pristine condition. Thank you Adam for a great stay. We cant wait to rent from you again!

I struggle to find anything not 100% positive about our week long stay over NYE holiday. Host: Excellent communicator. Incredibly responsive-on top of every detail. House: Simply spectacular. It is essentially brand new. Spacious yet intimate. Plenty of common space for a large family (or two) to gather but there are also many spaces to escape, read a book or just take in the surroundings. Property: The house was sited perfectly. There is a beautiful valley vista and there are no visible neighbors. It is incredibly peaceful and it is hard to imagine you are only 2 hours from Manhattan. It feels like being in Vermont/Adirondacks. The Area: There is so much to do-and we were there in the winter! Hiking is abundant. There are many lovely little towns to visit if you are looking for a nice restaurant, a little cafe, shopping or a history lesson. Rhinebeck is great and only a 25 minute drive but the towns of Millbrook, RedHook, Hudson, Woodstock, Hyde Park, (etc.), are a short drive away

This is one of those rare finds where the property is actually even nicer in person than it looks in the listing. House was spotless, very comfortably appointed, and just a pleasure to spend time in. Local towns (Rhinebeck and Red Hook) are super charming. Even during a slightly rainy, very overcast New Year's week, we had a blast, made memories, and can't wait to return.

Our stay at this home was wonderful. The setting of the house is idyllic and we really enjoyed sitting in the backyard for hours looking at the amazing views. The home itself is beautifully decorated, very clean, well kept and perfectly set up for entertaining. It was the ideal extended family getaway, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms (and the awesome basement, with a playroom and gym was great for all ages.) Adam was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We would love to come visit again!
