The base nightly rate for the 12 bedroom option is *$1800/nt Green Season ( May 1-December 16) *$2500/nt in high season ( January 6-April 30) **not including AirBnB booking fees, cleaning fee, management fee. If you take the 12 bedroom option, the remaining 8 bedrooms would be locked. It would still be YOUR group only on the property for the entire length of your rental. We would NOT rent the other rooms to another party.
