Perfect location, well appointed, easy to i having a designated parking spot and all the floats, chairs, and coolers for the beach. Beds were very comfortable and it was great having a washer and dryer. Would love to visit again!

My wife and I had a fantastic stay here that we'd highly recommend. William was a great host that was highly responsive and the place is exactly as described. The view is incredible and you're easy walking distance to the shops/restaurants/ferry in Cruz Bay without having to walk the hills that a lot of other Airbnb locations require. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved Latitude Adjustment!! Great location, the beach chairs and cooler came in handy as well as the parking spot! We loved having coffee on the patio overlooking the marina. We will rent from William again!
