Spectacular ocean views! Only 5 mins to town! Upper half of house features a spacious great room with marble breakfast bar & sofa bed . Large kitchen with all amenities and glass dining table. Garden BBQ patio deck. The master King bedroom has attached skylight/shower bath. 2nd Queen bedroom has it’s own shower bath combo in hall. The laundry room is central. This listing includes the whole upper floor. There are 3 other listings for this villa and it can all be rented as one villa or separate. This is the upper floor of a spacious home that includes seperate units that can be rented together as one home or individually. This includes the whole villa, this two bedroom, a one bedroom apartment that includes its own kitchen bath and laundry, and a studio apartment that also has a kitchenette and bathroom and laundry. There may be other guests staying at the home while you are there.

This place beat our expectations, especially for the cost. Individual photos make it hard to tell that there is one giant balcony overlooking Cruz Bay and across the water to numerous other islands. We were accompanied by elderly parents who really enjoyed it and felt comfortable. AC units work! There were guests in the lower space of the home, but it was never an issue. We barely saw or heard them. We passed up other locations that had a better pool in order to have the magnificent view and better rate. Turned out to be a good decision. We did our swimming at the amazing beaches, many of which are between 10 and 30 minutes away. Bring a little bug spray. There is a grocery/market right down the hill from the house that has just about everything you would want. I think it's called Starfish Market. We didn't see a house rules or instructions book anywhere. You might want to ask Kristen about that for info on garbage, water system, emergency info, etc.
We loved our stay. Peaceful, quiet and private. And, that view! Kristen was extremely helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more.
I could never describe in words how much we enjoyed our stay! If there was anything negative I could say, it would only be that it was difficult getting off the veranda to go anywhere else! Even to bed at night. I don’t know if you could find a better view. Especially of the sunsets! Kristen was awesome. She met us and showed us the home and explained everything. Even a few driving tips on the island. Even the maintenance man came around to check out a few things around the house to make sure everything was working properly. We enjoyed talking to him as well. He gave us a few tips as well. We could not have asked for a more pleasant experience and a better place to spend our twentieth anniversary! We can’t wait to come back!
We loved staying at Sugar Bird for our honeymoon! The view was amazing and Kristen was extremely helpful! She met us in town when we arrived and showed us to the place, gave us the lay of the land, and had some great recommendations for local beaches and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!
