很好的房间！就在市中心附近，交通十分便利，走50m就可以到河边散步。房东非常友好和耐心，房间也很干净温馨

Stephan is a very helpful host indeed! From his instructions to enter the house, to advice on parking spaces nearby, his responses were always prompt and detailed. The room looked exactly the same as the photos. Everything was cozy and decent inside the room. Even the quilt on the bed kept us so warm during the cold nights. We enjoyed the stay so much during our visit in Munich. Most importantly, the house was located at the city center. Only 10-15minutes walk to the old town, and few S-bahn stations to the main train station. You just cannot miss Stephan's house!!

Stephan’s place was perfect for my stay in Munich. Stephan’s family was very welcoming and kind. The room was spacious and the place was located very central.

Stephan and Claudia’s place was just perfect. We had 3 nights in Munich which was plenty to explore the city and we even took a day trip to Salzburg which Claudia helped us plan the transport for. Claudia was so friendly and welcoming and gave great recommendations. We were able to walk everywhere straight from the apartment but there were nearby trams and an underground station if you prefer to take public transport. The apartment was clean, cosy and warm and we immediately felt at home. Check in was really easy as the hosts provided great instructions. We would love to stay here again and have already recommended to friends and family.
