The property is conveniently located and is lives up to what's presented in the images. I would recommend stocking the apartment with fire wood and garbage bags. The Matterhorn views are excellent and the bedding was comfortable.

The condo itself was nice, and the view was amazing. That’s about it. This is a condo building where locals live, and on the first night the neighbors threatened us with an expensive fine saying that we shouldn’t be there. There were insufficient instructions about getting in, things we needed to know while there, and expectations upon leaving. We had to buy our own toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags for the stay because there wasn’t any backup. The owners tried to get us to pay additional money for “taxes” (which had already been paid for according to Airbnb and their instruction manual), and then kept increasing the amount. They complained that we had cleaned the place insufficiently (when there were no instructions about us cleaning and no supplies) and asked us for hundreds of dollars to cover “damages” for a few crumbs left on the counter and condiments in the fridge. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.

Wonderful chalet with good kitchen, bedrooms and 3 bathroom/toilets. Good location at 5 min walk from shops, 10 min from clubs, and 5 min free shuttle bus from the best ski lifts.

Phillip was very responsive and so nice. The location was phenomenal and amazing for a large group. I personally thought the Airbnb was even nicer than it looks in the pictures!
