Although the reservations were simple with Catherine. Once we arrived there were several issues. The blinds were broken in the living room as well as the blinds on patio door so anyone could see in. The smoke detector in the bedroom and the open concept living room and kitchen area were both missing. The toilet seat was about to fall off. If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you as the tenant above woke us up. . When I reached out to Catherine to explain the safety issues with the blinds broke and the smoke detectors missing she told me they were there and I told her they were not when we checked in at 1 am in the morning. sent her photos and she told me not to send photos. She said she would put in a work order and have everything fixed once we checked out after 4 nights. Definitely not worth the money. Although there were good previous reviews this was not the right place for us. I do have photos of evidence and her correspondence showing lack of concer

The air conditioner didn't work at all. it was 78° in the apartment. it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. there was only one ceiling fan in the entire apt. It was extremely hot
