Accurately matched the description. Would recommend if that’s what you’re looking for. We were 3 people that used Zurich as our home base for some hikes. The location was a 10 min tram ride to the main train station that we went to every day. The tram is across the street and runs every 10-15 minutes or so. The unit has all the basics — at a very basic level. Two mugs, 1 knife, 2 steak knives, no cutting boards, but enough pots and pans if you’re cooking. The futon in the living room wasn’t that comfortable to sit on and the bedroom pillows are pretty flat but it didn’t affect our stay too much. I was worried about the unit being on the 2nd floor in case it would be noisy, but the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Also, I’m in the U.S. and we don’t count the “ground level” as the 1st floor so technically this unit is the 3rd floor in American vocabulary. It also faces the back of the street. Had a great stay!

The apartment looked like the pictures(minus a carpet in the living area)very functional, clean and quiet. We had four people stay and one person had to sleep on the couch, very uncomfortable and it was the only chair in the living area-not enough for the four of us. The dining chairs were very rickety and not to comfortable.-had to recline in the beds to relax after long day of walking around. The kitchen was functional and we were able to cook breakfasts-there were only 2 coffee cups but there were coffee pods available to us. The WiFi was very spotty-would turn off and on frequently-only a problem for our kids. We were there for vacation, not to work. We had a great time, walkable to stores, restaurants and everything we wanted to see. The tram was right outside the apartment and the grocery store was right there as well.

Great place, location right along the streetcar public transportation. 15 minutes from the zoo, 15 from the center. The place is absolutely immaculate, clean as can be and quiet. It's so clean, polished that the place will echo. :-) Showers are amazing (yes) and all the soap, beauty products are there. Only caveat: the price charged for cleaning is high, given the overall tidiness of the place. But hey, this is where you want to stay for an abordable place in Zürich.

Great location, near the tram and above a supermarket. The apartment was minimally equipped, we had almost everything we needed. Host was very responsive but not flexible.

The host was incredibly responsive. I had issues with my flight and did not arrive until around midnight. I asked a few questions and the host still responded at that late hour. Their response time overall was incredible as well. The space was huge. As big or even bigger than advertised. A lot of room for any activity and very capable of hosting 5 people. The beds and couch were very comfortable. Very easy to access downtown as there was a tram right outside that came every 10 minutes. The only issue I can even think of is that the lights were sometimes a bit finicky as they sometimes took a bit of time to turn on, but that was barely an issue. Overall, I strongly recommend this as a place to stay in Zurich and this host in general was amazing.
