First I have to say that I made a mistake, I had not read the room description well enough about privacy. - The received location of the house was initially wrong (I arrived at the wrong address) - Noisy room (I could hear everything the roommate was saying) - Almost no space in the fridge - No privacy in the bathroom (located at front and bathroom window without curtains...) - Picture of the bathroom does not match - Doors of the room could not be locked (lock was stuck) - Not Corona proof - Saida had told me upon my arrival that the roommate would leave the house (so I thought at noon as stated on the website ...) but the roommate was still present in the afternoon and so I had no privacy and unfortunately a lot of noise. When I reported this Saida suggested to cancel, also here she was not clear and now it appears that I will refund only a minor part of the money. The communication could really be better, I even did not receive answers once we had a disagreement. Fortunately an employee of Airbnb did support me.

Saida is very hospitable, helpful and kind. On top, the flat exceeded our expectations! Highly recommended.

siehe oben. Die Kommunikation mit Saida war in Ordnung und freundlich. Die Beschreibung des Objekts sollte überarbeitet werden.
