Located on Big Island Pond in Southern New Hampshire, Sanborn Shore Acres is an all-seasonal campground, catering to the interests of outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy swimming, fishing and boating. Don’t let the name deceive you: Big Island Pond is a large lake by any definition, with 500 acres, 15 miles of shoreline, and crystal-clear waters reaching depths of approximately 75 feet. With a large private beach. 3 bedroom cottage over looking Big Island Pond.

Peaceful lake setting. Well furnished with s’mores coffee toiletries. Comfortable bedding. Fully stocked kitchen
Enjoyed our stay. The cottage was as described. Small bathroom. Slight problem getting hot water for all showers the first day (small water heater) but ok if we waited between showers. The location and view was awesome. Lee-Anne was responsive to our questions and concerns. Would recommend and return.
Lee-Ann was very helpful and responsive. The camp was very welcoming and quiet.
Booking here was our first airbnb experience and Lee-Ann exceeded our expectations. The place was clean and beautiful! There was even stuff that we forgot to bring that we would have never even thought of.
Loved the cottage experience in a great location on the lake.
