Welcome to our newly renovated Lake House located on one of NH's coziest lakes. Come for your next getaway to relax and take in the lake with scenic views and sunsets that will take your breath away! Our Lake House feels like your home away from home and is very spacious - perfect for your next family vacation. Enjoy the beautiful New England coast, and gorgeous fall foliage, swimming, boating, and fishing, all within 40 minutes of Boston. We look forward to hosting you! The Lake House shows off its beautiful newly renovated, open-concept kitchen with all new kitchen appliances, white cabinets, white quartz countertops, a plush sectional couch, a cute breakfast nook, a quiet and relaxing outdoor patio, and scenic views of the lake. Use our breakfast nook as your home office as you look out on the gorgeous lake. Upstairs in the large king bedroom, we have workout weights for you to use as well. We strive to meet your every need and desire from high-speed WiFi, smart tv's, new memory foam mattresses, complimentary coffee and breakfast items, toaster, tea kettle, coffee makers, blenders, a variety of cookware, board games, fire pit, outdoor patio, grill, and hot tub.The firepit, grill, and patio are seasonal. Our space is truly cozy and inviting decorated as a calming retreat, and truly your perfect vacation spot. It can accommodate up to 12 people with 4 bedrooms: 1) a large king bedroom with a lake view, 2) a second king bedroom with a lake view, 3) a queen bedroom, and 4) a bunk room with 2 full-size/twin bunk beds. The Airbnb is equipped with Central Heating and Air Conditioning, and a ceiling fan in the large king bedroom for your comfort. The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower, and the downstairs bathroom has a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer unit with detergent, and an ironing board. Both bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and your basic bathroom essentials. Whether your stay is a long weekend for some R&R, couples retreat, photoshoots, or a family vacation, The Lake House is the perfect stay for you!

We had to cancel last minute because of inclement weather and Evelyn very communicative, kind and accommodating. She handled all logistics on the Airbnb side which I greatly appreciated.

Evelyn and her husband were more than accommodating! I accidentally napped and didn’t check out on time but they were extremely understanding giving my situation and very supportive! I was dumbfounded when I saw how beautiful this home was and I can’t wait to stay again!

Evelyn's home was exactly as described. It was beautiful and the lake was absolutely stunning to see. The house was spotless and had everything you can ask for. Even more important was how wonderful and flexible (as well as responsive) Evelyn was. We arrived and unfortunately had an immediate and sudden death in our family that was local. We didn't plan to stay more than 3 days but I immediately contacted Evelyn and she was very responsive and easily extended our stay to about a week. I can't thank her enough as we went from vacation mode to a nightmare and she took care of one less thing we had to worry about. Thank you so much Evelyn. We hope to come back and actually enjoy it in the summer. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Jason

Thank you so much for a wonderful rental for a girls "scrabble" weekend. The house was perfect , very clean . We loved using the hot tub and enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Evelyn, was a fantastic host - answered questions before the booking and responsive to see if everything was ok with check in etc. Thank you! Megan
