Historic home , built 300 years ago. Home is totally powered w/ solar energy. Bright sunny, country style home w/ lots of wood and tile, granite counters and European kitchen. Fresh eggs from the free range chickens on the property. Large 30 foot deck , gas grill and seating for outdoor dining. Accommodations on lake side, include fire pit, for cooking/roasting marshmallows, kayak, paddleboard , PFD's, picnic tables, chairs, hammock w/beautiful view. Truly a small slice of heaven! Enjoy the mature landscaping of the gardens on this property, including fruit trees, raspberries and lots of perennial gardens. The property includes lake access, with kayaks, paddleboard, and other watercraft which are available to guests. Picnic tables for lakeside meals and a fire pit for those who enjoy an evening fireside. a hammock to further the appreciation! See the lakefront from most any place in the home. Spacious yard, 30 foot deck overlooking lake and yard, mature landscaping.

This property offers a beautiful view of Beaver Lake with a waterfront area that includes a firepit with adirondack chairs, hammock, steel pier, canoe, kayak and a paddle board. The house is located across the street from the lake and was very comfortable. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, Wifi, two televisions with premium channels, air conditioning and fans, and a fully stocked eat-in kitchen. We rented the property for a week and the longer we were there the more we enjoyed it.
Beautiful, homey, welcoming. It was a great place to settle into for my work trip. Comfortable beds and couches, a nice well functioning kitchen, great views and located close to downtown Derry. I would definitely stay again, especially in Summer months when the lake can be taken full advantage of! Thanks again Donna!

Although this property feels very rural, it is 5 min away from all the shopping, restaurants and hiking and biking trails. Many excellent restaurants nearby.
Ocean and mountains are 45 min away. Boston is about 50 minutes south of us.
America's Stonehenge is a 15 min drive, mountains and trails to climb nearby as well as in the White Mountains and hour North of here.
Tupelo Music Hall featuring local and imported feature artists, comics and entertainment with a constant revolution of choices.
**Kayaking, canoeing, swimming, hiking, fishing, ice fishing, skating, cross country skiing right here on the property., weather permitting.

Park & Ride to Boston 3 miles from here.
Uber and Lyft are available for those evenings where you want to just relax and have a glass of wine.
