The room and bathroom are spacious, comfortable, and clean. It is equipped with everything needed. The location is easy to find, and it’s close to the station. I highly recommend it to all travelers visiting Manchester.

James was a great host! He greeted us in front of the place and gave us a detailed briefing and was very helpful with recommendations. He was even gracious enough to get our luggage from the gate because we were out! The best was that for the few days that we spent there, it felt like home!

James’s place is in a good location with car parks close by and prices around £20 for 24 hours. James is a great host, very helpful and communication was very good.

James’ room is large and clean, and the place is really well located, close to Deansgate station and others nice restaurants, cafes, and beautiful Manchester’s buildings. And above all, James is very friendly! I would recommend to any travelers to stay at James’ home!
