The location close to Bryce Canyon and Zion’s National Parks is fantastic. A great neighborhood in Panguitch just a few blocks from the Main Street downtown and walking distance to the local market. The house is cozy and well-appointed. The 2 bedrooms are comfortable and there is plenty of extra bedding for the sofa bed. Lots of thoughtful items in the bathroom to replace things that could have been forgotten, and the kitchen has most everything you could want/need to make meals and enjoy your morning coffee. Loved the Keurig and syrup bar! We found the home perfect for our needs. Games and TV. Comfortable as a home base for adventures in the Parks and/or keeping cozy during bad weather. We had a windy day one morning and found it really nice to just hang out, cook and watch Netflix for a while until the weather cleared. Janet was a great communicator. We’d love to come back!
Super cozy place! Really cute setup inside, you can tell the host cares about the location. The heaters were really great too and super good at keeping the place warm even when it was snowing outside. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future!
Great place, I highly recommend, especially if you are are heading over to Bryce Canyon National Park, nearby.

Welcome to the cottage, which we hope will be a first-class experience for travelers from near and far. I'm so excited to have this special property in the country! I love traveling and have been through the US, Europe, the Caribbean and parts of South America. We especially love southern Utah and all the beauty and adventure it affords. We love off-roading in Moab and Hurricane, and we love experiencing all of the national parks and monuments within a few hours of Panguitch, such as Bryce Canyon, Zion and Cedar Breaks. My son (now 23 years old) had been to over 15 countries by the time he was 3 years old and we just returned from a trip to Germany! In college, I lived in Toulouse, France, and whenever I would travel through Europe, I would stay in a Pension at someone’s house. I loved the ‘homey’ feeling that you can’t quite achieve in a hotel. We still love to travel and bring our dogs with us as much as we can. They love jumping in the car, and as soon as you roll a suitcase to the door, they get excited! I hope you get as excited as we do about traveling and look forward to new adventure that includes a stay in our home
