This house in Panguitch was a great base to explore southern Utah and all the national parks and other features in that part of the country. It's a nice town with some good places to eat too.

This place was great. It’s fully outfitted in the kitchen. I cooked all meals there and never needed to purchase anything. The giant back yard is awesome and a great place to relax. Street is very quiet and only a couple blocks from the Main Street. I fully recommend

If you dropped a pin in the middle of the Phoenix metro area, that is where I live. Every time I go to Panguitch, I am deeply reminded of the quiet, down home lifestyle I live without. Everytime I leave Panguitch, sadness runs over me! I have spent enough time there to know that some day I would like to own property in Panguitch, but for now, ill just rent Brents place. The value for the place is above all the biggest draw. I loved the yard. Loved how many beds there were. If I had to be picky, I wasnt a huge fan of the charcoal grill I had to go out and buy my own charcoal (it is not gas) and sugar and spices, but the listing still brings great value for what you got. The wifi was great if you needed that, we were able to walk to the grocery and random stores. I just loved it. Place was clean and cozy. 20 minutes from Panguitch lake or bryce canyon. I cant wait to be back
