We will definitely be back - easy and flexible check in, Paulo had left us a useful guide for things to do, places to eat and much more! Great location, close to the bus stops and the harbour, plenty of restaurants and cafes around, and a shopping centre with a supermarket super close. Apartment had everything we needed, was very comfortable and clean, exceeded our expectations. Thank you Paulo!

Paulo was a lovely host! whenever something wasn't quite right he went out of his way to make sure it was personally. Really attentive and honest host, and really friendly too - happy to give recommendations and ideas. The space was great, bright and quiet, with a washing machine and some basics thrown in (shower gel and washing gel). Location is very central in Funchal with a big shopping centre nearby for all your needs. There's parking nearby (paid) which is reasonable, found one space for €5 a day! Would recommend! And thanks Paulo for all your help and directing us from your convertable to the right lane out of Funchal! 😂

Arrived home today after a Fabulous stay at Paulo’s apartment. The property is in a great location and has everything you could possibly need it was also spotlessly clean. Paulo organised taxi’s both ways and was there to meet us on arrival at the property. We would definitely recommend and will stay here again if we come back to Funchal.

The apartment was above what we could have asked for. The location was ideal and we were easily within walking distance for all the activities we had planned for Funchal. Paulo was very welcoming and even gave us a hand on finding a parking space the first night. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more from the apartment or Paulo and will be recommending it to all our friends!
