Apartamento muy bien equipado, aseado y con acabados muy finos, la encargada muy amable y atenta, tuvimos un pequeño problema con el aire acondicionado pero nos ayudaron a solucionarlo muy rápido, independientemente de la hora y la gravedad del asunto, el precio fue muy bueno, volveríamos de nuevo.

It is way overpriced for Matagalpa. The area has a lot of trash in the streets and the place is on a steep hill. The apartment is nice, good closets, well designed kitchen, but the pots and pans were extremely scratched and there was no soap or sponge or dishcloth provided. The host is not in the same city, but Alejandra was kind and helpful. She recommended a driver, Kener, who was very helpful and gave us some directions. There were 2 repairs unattentended to during our stay. We left before the end of our reservation.
