We were delighted to stay at Villa Tulua once again - Ilya and her house team were extremely welcoming and made our stay effortless. The compound is one of our favorites along the coast. We would highly recommend using the house Chef Baraza who made us better food than we ate in local restaurants!

This is a really lovely house on an amazing stretch of beach. We felt right at home in the gorgeous interior, literally everything is present to make your stay comfortable. Every corner of the house is designed and decorated with style. It’s very spacious and with big windows and open doors to the terrace. Margaret was in the house every day keeping it tidy and helping us out with the kids. The chef, Barasa, also cooked a couple meals for us and especially the seafood lunch was sublime. There is a shared pool where our kids were playing every day with the other kids of the compound. The beach is super beautiful. In other words, this spot is unique and we would definitely book again when we’re back in Diani.

The house might be more beautiful in person than in photos. Margaret is a very sweet housekeeper and Barasa makes great fresh seafood. Beware of the monkeys with the downstairs outdoor bathroom - they have sticky fingers. 😂

The air BnB is absolutely stunning. The maid Margaret has it spotless. The location is perfect with a pool 2 minutes walk away and then onto the beach. We arrived early and Margaret come let us in and she went above and beyond for us. She was so helpful and helped us book things to do. The Air BnB itself has lots of rooms and the bed rooms are really big and very comfortable beds. Would recommend this Air BnB to anyone

This is a wonderful place. Spacious and comfortable. We highly recommend hiring the hosts cook, Baraza. He was an amazing and personable chef (he made us chicken, local fish and local traditional lunch all of which were better than any restaurant). Likewise the housekeeper, Margaret was a kind, gracious and super helpful addition to our stay. The two of them really made our visit special. They were so welcoming and considerate. The pool and location are also excellent. The one caveat is to note that there is no central air conditioning and in March it was very hot. One of the downstairs bedrooms has air conditioning (two single beds). There are ceiling fans upstairs with additional floor fans that ostensibly should blow some cool air but they really did not cool the room. Otherwise, I would highly recommend. (we are a family of four)
