Very beautiful spot on the gulf coast that is accessible to Tallahassee. The house is very nicely furnished and clean. The owner was quite responsive to our communications and was accommodating. We would heartily recommend this property and owner to anyone needing a beautiful, quiet getaway with family. Four bedrooms for couples and a 5th with multiple beds for kids or singles make it comfortable for a largish group.

The house itself was mostly free of problems. The golf cart was not present, but the host explained this was because previous guests flipped it, which isn’t their fault. However, they left an entire duck corpse in their fridge, along with a myriad of food, taking up valuable fridge space. Host texted & called me on my personal phone number many times rather than communicating through airbnb. Most ludicrously of all, despite following all of the hosts many checkout instructions (doing dishes, bagging trash, cleaning out fridge (which the hosts themselves did not do), & putting all dirty laundry in the laundry room (host told us not to wash it ourselves)), the host still tried to extort us for $200 claiming that their professional cleaning service took 12 hours to clean the house. This is clearly a lie, either by the host or their cleaners, as it is laughable that a professional cleaning service would take 12 hours to clean a house when a bulk of the work was already done for them.

The house was very comfortable and homey. We had a group of 10 and we all had plenty of space. The view of the beach was fantastic. The dock gave us easy access to our boat so we could go out and see the dolphins. The children enjoyed picking up shells and playing on the playground at the beach. We had a great time. Thank you so much.
