We loved our stay at at the Hip Nautic! Alligator Point holds a special place in my heart, and this is by far the most beautiful home I have stayed in there. The finishes inside of the home were stunning, the beach access was incredible, and the downstairs outdoor entertainment area was perfect for our group. 10/10 would recommend checking out this beautiful home!

We had an amazing time at Hip-Nautic. The house and beach were perfect for relaxing and spending time together as a family. We loved the indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful area and all the amenities that made for a perfect vacation. Our 6 year old had a great time exploring on the beach, collecting shells, finding crabs, and spotting dolphins and sharks. Jodi was awesome and sent a guide to the area before our trip so we could plan fun activities. The only thing we would have changed was to stay longer :) Highly recommend!

The house was in a beautiful location with the beach an easy walk and it was expertly decorated and contained everything we needed from bikes to beach chairs.

My family celebrated Thanksgiving at Hip-Nautic and what a fantastic time we had! The house is so well stocked, wonderfully decorated, and plenty of space! The location on the beach can't be beat - if you're looking for a sleepy beach visit - this is perfect! We took walks on the beach and only saw a few folks, but did spot plenty of dolphins and a bald eagle, kayaked right from the house (we brought our own), and plenty of room on the beach for games! This house was fantastic and we will definitely come back!
