Peaceful beach walks, breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, bright stars of the Milky Way over your head at night. All the space you need to unwind, relax and entertain. Experience Sea La Vie The villa is located directly on its private beach and has water views from every room - the view of the Gulf of Mexico on the back and the view of the Alligator Harbor Aquatic Preserve bay on the front. The house sleeps 8 (2 King beds, 2 Full and 2 Twin bunk beds). It includes large front and back decks, screened in porch, private beach, lots of entertaining areas, kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, games ... Master - King bed, ocean view and walk out to a private deck. Master bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate His and Hers vanitity/toilet rooms. 2nd bedroom - King bed, ocean view with walk out to a shared deck and shared hallway bathroom. 3rd bedroom - 2 bunk beds, twin over full, shared hallway bathroom. Large living room with custom BAR, dining room seating up to 12, two large decks, one screend in porch. Large entertainment area under the house, with a bathroom, BAR, grill, dining table, kayaks, bikes, and games.

Wow! What a great place and host! This home is ABSOLUTELY perfect for a family! Two wings with 3 bedrooms and a central living space including kitchen, living room, dining room, and bar was an ideal setting for my wife and two boys. The TV was rarely on (except for March Madness) and we were able to just BE TOGETHER. The outdoor space is just as impressive with the two decks and below area. Amenities were insane: Kayaks, bikes, beach chairs and toys, grills AND charcoal included! Marcin was awesome. Super responsive and friendly. Just an amazing place. We would come back in a nanosecond!

This house was truly amazing. We walked the beach daily and saw dolphins many of the days. The house was so perfect for my husband and myself, my daughter and son-in-law and their two children. I would definitely rent again. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home.
Beautiful and luxurious home in one of the most peaceful and gorgeous spots. It’s right on the beach, the sunsets are incredible and the nature around was beautiful. We enjoyed our time there with 4 adults and a toddler and found the house to be extremely comfortable and well equipped. A trip to remember !

Alligator Point is a golf cart friendly community. Golf cart is not provided.
There is also sidewalk across the street form the home going almost the entire stretch of AP perfect for walking, running or biking.
Plenty of parking at the circular driveway at the property.
