Collette's home was absolutely exquisite. I will be recommending her home to anybody visiting the area. The home is situated right on the water's edge, next to a small beach that feels private! The home itself is gorgeous, with tasteful decor and very comfortable beds and furniture. The large balcony overlooks the water where you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise. Collette herself is a superb host. She is proactive, highly communicative, and offered great recommendations. The check-in/check-out process could not have been simpler nor more convenient. 10/10.

Splendid view included dolphin pod. Terrific kitchen. Very comprehensive information about house and area and very responsive owner. Great for a dog too.

Our family spent our spring break at Medart Manor and had a wonderful stay! Everything was pristine and just as described. Kitchen was well-equipped for lots of home-cooked meals so we could really enjoy the fresh local seafood. We loved being perched over the waves, and the unique opportunities to observe all the local wildlife created by that amazing location. It was a fantastic week.

It was perfect for our family; the weather was chilly, and we had a rainy day but we just went to the aquarium and Apalachicola! The Dolphin did not disappoint, we really enjoyed watching them and searching for shells every day, the tide always brought new excitement every day! The home is very comfortable and the beach is quiet and enjoyable. Thank you, Collette, for sharing your little piece of paradise.

I don’ know if I can adequately express how much we loved our stay here at M.M.! Everything was so perfect. The location IS PERFECTION.. the deck is huge and hovers over the rocky point and the many actively hunting dolphins! The beach is natural. So many shells and sea creatures arriving daily. lol. So much fun. we love the layout of the house! 2 nice bedrooms and great kitchen and LIVING room . Doing puzzles, watching smart tv, preparing a meal, reading, watching the sunsets and ocean . All things going on at once,all together but enough space to do your own thing. Cliff Morrison road has lots of great cottages and newer homes with the owners all wanting this area to remain exactly how it is ! No high rises or commercial endeavors need apply ! If you have any little problem at the house it will be rectified by Collette or Dan. We have stayed there 2 times for a total of 20 weeks. It is all good.
