The house is stunning, we had the absolute best time. The house is really close to the beach and shops and bars and the whole area is beautiful. The house is amazing and has everything you could need. Would highly recommend, we can't wait to go back :)

we had a lovely stay at Sam's place and felt it was really well equipped l, especially in the kitchen. lovely location with the beach and the weather was perfect.

Great long weekend away with the family celeberating my sisters 30th birthday. The house is very spacious, light, airy and clean. as city folk we absolutely love the location with morning beach walks pretty much on your front doorstep. Friendly neighberhood and lots of things to do wether it be in camber, rye or hastings. Great family memmories were made. Sam the host was very friendly and accomodating. Thank you!
