We lived at Christi’s place for almost a year. Had all amenities stated, close to grocery stores and restaurants. Parks and YMCA are close by. Easy access to freeway. About 7 mins from Kaiser Harbor City. Christi is a great communicator. Will definitely stay here if we travel to California again. Will miss Christi and her family. Highly recommend.

As a travel nurse traveling with family (hubby, toddler and pup), we found our stay with Christi and her family lovely to say the least. The place is very spacious & cozy, pictures do not do it justice. A family of 3 can be very comfortable here. We spent a lot of time in the backyard with our pup and our toddler playing ball, which has great lighting as well if you’re out after sunset. Their place is about 5 mins to the freeway, main roads, parks and stores (target, vons, etc) a plus for us. The Daniels are quick to respond to any inquiries we may have and frequently check in to ensure our stay is comfortable. The apartment is adjacent to the main house, far enough to feel like you’ve got your own place but close enough to ask for sugar. It’s nice to know you have a family close by whom you can trust. We have very much enjoyed our stay with the Daniels and are very grateful they opened their place to us 🧡. Highly recommend.

Christie and Robert are the perfect hosts! They respond quickly to any question with positivity and make you feel as if you're a part of the family. We stayed just over two months and would have stayed another six. It's a very spacious one bedroom with lots of closet space. Air conditioner works great, although we didn't need it a lot during the day with the breeze. Our pup was so happy here! There's hiking nearby and you can be walking along the ocean within a ten minute car ride. The best part is the back deck. Truly a special place to call home temporarily.

This is a great place! The kitchen is a good size for any cooks or bakers who plan to stay here. The size unit itself is also spacious for a one bedroom. The hosts were very communicative and took care of the few minor issues (Wi-Fi went down but was literally back up within minutes of me contacting them) quickly. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to check out the San Pedro area. I’d absolutely stay again.

We canceled after the first night. The wonderful backyard that was described in the Airbnb description is a flat bare dirt pad surrounded by chainlink fencing. There are no temperature controls in the unit for heat and only 1 tiny AC unit only in the bedroom. The day after we left the owner filed a complaint against us with Airbnb. I have no idea what the complaint was, but Airbnb dropped it with no action. We lost an entire month’s rent by canceling, but there was no way we were staying in the unit.
