Good 5 week stay. Pro: Up to and during the stay, Blake was responsive. Great amenities to include bike and outdoor gym equipment in Blake's yard. 10 minute jog to the beach or 5 minute bike ride. Plenty of storage space. Quick to provide items that were missing Flexible access to laundry that is inside his house Con: I wasn't aware that there was additional AirBnB studio that was adjoining. The walls are thin so often times overheard the other guest's tv or music playlist that was a single song on repeat. I accidentally had something delivered to Blake's after check-out. I texted Blake to confirm when it was delivered, but never received a response.

Felt super safe my entire stay. The bike and the free use of the surfboards are a game changer and make this place unique. Blake is super friendly and always ready to help out with whatever you need. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Blake is a great and very welcoming and attentive host, I stayed in the studio for 6 months while studying and everything was spot on. It literally felt like home just after a little while. Very cozy place, perfect to enjoy the peace and quiet of a gorgeous, peaceful neighborhood but also with very easy access to the beach, a shopping area and buses to get around, all within walkable distances.

Best value for money I could find in the area, especially for a long term stay. Great for someone who wants a hands-off private place to stay. Nice shared spaces outdoors, quiet neighborhood, neighborhood pools, and best of all beach is a short bike / walk (about 5 minutes bike and 20 minutes walk). Space is decorated nicely and has good storage / touches that came in handy since I stayed for over a month. Air fryer / hot plate / microwave and 2 small fridges made I possible to cook what I needed for dinner while there. If you want a place with beach access, room to be independent and not be bothered its a good spot. Blake is responsive via text and very chill - makes for a convenient stay.
