I had a great stay at Kent and Kay's place in Bella Vista. They have a beautiful yard! The place is close to some great mountain biking trails.

My first time to Bentonville/Bella Vista to check out the mountain biking. This is in a peaceful neighborhood near the Tunnel Vision MTB trail system, and about 15 mins drive from downtown Bentonville square where we ate out every night. The hosts went above & beyond, super generous, welcoming, communicative, always making sure we were comfortable & had every we needed. The place is exactly as the photo showed, clean & comfortable, I had everything I needed to work & bike there for the week. I would definitely stay here again.
