Its an affordable room but has what you need. The room is clean and tidy upon checking in. The interior has enough room space. Both kitchen and bathroom are in good condition and functional, as well as the appliances. Wifi, netflix, and more are okay. It is only a walking distance from the SM Downtown and a short distance to the other good spots. We only have 2 minor issues: 1st is the parking, they have no designated parking space but you can park on the side of the street. 2nd is the number of plates and utensils available. We only have a few during our stay though we suspect if the caretaker was asked, which we didn't, they would have obliged. They are strict when it comes to number of guests booked during the stay. But they would still allow more guests as long as they can be accomodated in the room for a small additional charge. The caretakers are polite and helpful. They let us borrow their iron with no charge. Overall, the place is recommendable.

Excellent place to stay. Quiet, cozy place for a nice short stay. Close to malls, convenience stores, you don't need to commute to have your needs. The host is very responsive as well. Will definitely book again ☺️
