Sweet stay in a comfortable spot! Neighborhood was nice and walkable to a few restaurants and bars. Didn't get to meet Shannon but Brett was friendly and both were responsive and helpful. It's a great spot from which to explore the area!

Brett and Shannon’s place made for a peaceful stay in the west Ashley area of Charleston! We met Shannon while she was walking her dog once and she was very kind, otherwise you wouldn’t even know you’re staying next to the hosts- the apartment is very private and totally separate from their house. It’s a great amount of space for 2 people, and beautifully decorated!

Lovely accomdations, very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, coffee, tea, etc. Walking distance to restaurants and running path is nearby. Perfect for 1-2 people.

We’ve stayed at lots of Airbnb rentals and this was one of our very favorite places. It was easy to drive into downtown, but there were also great restaurants nearby. The hosts were very friendly and the place was very comfortable. We will recommend those places to friends and family.

This space was beautiful- somehow spacious AND cozy. We appreciated the coffee along with the cream and sugar to go with it, the comfortable bed, the proximity to downtown Charlotte, and the restaurants in Avondale. Shannon & Brett were super responsive and everything was smooth. Highly recommend!
