Newly renovated quiet Duplex in Riverland Terrace on James Island, Casa de Cooper is the perfect location for your Charleston getaway. Located on a quiet street across from the marsh, Historic Downtown is only 3 miles away and Folly Beach is 9 miles. A public boat launch a few blocks away gives access to Wapoo Creek and the Stono and Ashley Rivers. Streets lined with centuries old oaks are perfect for morning jogs or afternoon strolls. Numerous restaurants and nightlife just blocks away. Our home is a spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom duplex. It is well equipped for most of your home away from home needs. Beach chairs and a cooler, as well as a high chair and pack n play for the little ones are readily available for use. The kitchen is well equipped and the backyard has a fire pit and gas grill. Board games and puzzles are available for evening fun.

Great new clean place and distance to Charleston and Folly Beach. Definitely will look to stay here again, whenever we return! Highly recommended!

great place super cheap for the amount of people you can fit in. very comfortable lots of space kitchen is big plus backyard has space for bbq
We stayed for the weekend for my sisters bachelorette party and the house was lovely! Garrett and Brandon were great hosts and Brandon even ordered us a pizza. If you’re looking to visit Charleston and want to be close enough to the city without being in it, this is the perfect location for you!

The Historic River Land Terrace neighborhood is Charleston's oldest suburban neighborhood. Developed in the early 1900's, this quiet community is located 3 miles from downtown Charleston and is flanked by the James Island County Park on one side and the Wapoo Creek on the other. Streets are lined with centuries old oaks covered in Spanish moss, and carefully curated homes are tucked back on deep lots. Streets are quiet and perfect for walking, and playgrounds and boat ramps are located in the neighborhood. A variety of restaurants are less than a five minute walk from the property, as well as The Pour House (one of Charleston’s premier live music venues) and the Terrace Theater.
The neighborhood is a perfect place to walk, bike and run. The Driveway at the unit easily accommodates two vehicles. Driving to Downtown and area beaches is easy, although we suggest using a ride share app when going downtown as parking can be limited and expensive.
