Location is completely inaccurate. Look up Andy's Place Anguilla in a popular search engine and compare that to the AirBNB listing. This is the actual location. You will have to be led to the location because the listing is completely false. If you plan to stay make sure you know where you are actually going. In our case, we were traveling with teens so to be 2 miles plus inland and up hill from the actual location was a hardship. Luckily we were able to find another place to stay. We were only given a partial refund and were not offered any other refund. Because the unit we reserved was not available the first night we were given another unit and were not able to use a bedroom and a bathroom. The host was off island but very apologetic and gave 1 day car rental for this. The actual unit IS as pictured but the location is completely FALSE. Don't be shocked like we were. Search the internet for the actual location BEFORE you go.

My mom and I had an amazing time in Anguilla. Though we had some ants issues in the beginning, the owners were quick to come and resolve the issue. The owners were quick to respond in a timely manner and quick to resolve any issues we had. The home is absolutely beautiful and open!

Ronya and Andy was very helpful and enjoyed their clean home. We live the mural painting in the two dome ceilings that was very creative and artistic :)

We loved this penthouse! So roomy that it even allowed me to teach 2 yoga classes on Zoom there! We were happy and peaceful and Ronja and Andy couldn't have been more helpful! The bed was so comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful! This is very close to Shoal Bay East which is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.Can't wait to go back and stay longer!!

Spacious, beautiful, and clean! This place is HUGE. We loved our stay, specifically the kitchen, having two bathrooms and the A/C in the bedroom. We saved a lot of money by buying groceries and cooking from "home." The water placed outside the door for dipping your feet to liberate the fine sand was an amazing touch. Rent your car from Andy, too. Stop scrolling and book this place.
