Comfortable apartment in close proximity to the Ipswich motor racing precinct. Very friendly and communicative host. Several breakfast options provided and the apartment is well equipped and very roomy.

Perfect accommodation, perfect host. Lyndall could not have done more for us. Excellent communication. Friendly, welcomed us in person, and farewelled us at well. Definitely 10/10. We will definitely be back. Will also recommend to family and friends, and anyone else who might ask.

Lyndall was a fantastic host and the property was exactly as shown and described in the listing, except that she did not tell us about the comprehensive breakfast facilities provided! Lyndall - I encourage you to let people know that there are cereals, fruit salad, toast and condiments plus the usual tea, coffee and milk - she said she provided enough for 1 breakfast for 2, but we were there 2 nights and did not finish it all! This flat is in a rural area - large acreages and beautiful scenery, hence you need a car to get to restaurants and grocery stores, but that is why you go to a country region - right? Currently, there is no internet in this property, but Lyndall assures me that they are working on that and that it won't be too long. Clean, comfortable and private, I hope to return to Lyndall's property next time I visit. Thanks Lyndall for a lovely weekend :)
