We were up for the State Football Championships, which I’m proud to add that my son + team won it for the third time in a row! But I digress!!.. up for the long weekend, happily content with the house, nice styling btw, and the location. Lots of negative talk about Ipswich but Sara + Drew’s place is in a really lovely area. We were pleasantly surprised actually. Some beautiful houses around near their place. Big old Queenslanders in really lovely condition and the like. Very nice. Ps: The dark bedroom has given my wife some decorating ideas; don’t know whether to thank you or not on that, (joking) but it is a great choice for that room. Honestly, if you’re heading that way then book a weekend at S+D’s place & visit the brewery. In my eyes that’s a top weekend 👍

After being advertised as 3 bedroom we didnt expect that my daughter would have to sleep in the hot sunroom with no fans... we kept the blinds closed the whole time to keep it cool. Other than that and it did the trick... house was clean, double beds comfy, kichen was user friendly, it was easy to find and we had great communicaton from host.

We had a lovely stay at Sara’s. The location was handy, there was plenty of space for us all and the house was clean. Sara communicated quickly and was flexible with our requests. Great value for money. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our time at Sara’s place. It is an older home but has all the amenities needed for an all inclusive stay. The rooms were cool on the hot nights and warm on the cooler nights, which there were a couple off when it rained. The beds were so comfortable we have never slept so well in another place than our own before and I’m chronic insomniac so absolutely the best marks for comfort. The kitchen has everything you need, the fridges while smaller are very user friendly. Actually loved having the laundry out back and the hillshoist was so good to use. If you are looking for something home like and quiet, close enough for a quick drive to anywhere but not so close as to be in Brisbane cbd this is the perfect place. We wish we had booked for longer. Thank you so much guys!
