Back 40 Blue was as described and met our needs perfectly. The place was spotless and well equipped and easy to find. The garage had hangers for our bikes and was well lit, making bike tuning easy. The Back 40 trail system is accessed by a short trail from the back yard, making it ideal for a quick ride upon arrival. Sharla was accommodating and very helpful as well. We would gladly stay there again.

Sharla’s place was clean and just as described. The yard was beautiful and we loved to walk down the path and see the deer. The area was quiet. The back patio had endless birds and squirrels for us to watch. The were plenty of blankets for us to use. Sharla was quick to respond with our questions.

We had a great time staying here for almost a week. We mainly came to bike, but I also had to work. The location is great as it's right on the Back 40 trail, but also a short drive to all the other popular trails. The home was really comfortable and it was great that we could bring our dog. Access to the garage was also great for storing our bikes. The backyard has lots of trees and was also great for birding. There's a bird feeder on the back deck that also brought in lots of birds. Wifi was great for working. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

enjoyed 5 weeks exploring the area. great, quiet location. loved the access to the trails and watching all the wildlife from the deck. wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

2nd time staying at Sharla’s place. 100% recommended! Nice, clean, simple, and homey. Quiet location with access to the bike trails. Plenty of beds and living space.
