Very nice apartment, contemporary furnishing but feels bare (not a home vibe); ample space for the kids to roam around the house and the floor is level/flat (not the case in our other airbnb). Nice to have laundry machine inside the bathroom. Close to train station but there is a slight grade walking down the street. Location is great. Comfy firm mattress. One down side is the apartment is above a restaurant and one of the bedroom is susceptible to noises late into the night. No shampoo provided just one small bar of soap per bathroom we would stay there again.

This is a perfect location in Zermatt, right in the center of everything. It’s very large, comfortable and I could not recommend it more highly!

The apartment’s location is superb. It’s close to the train station, the station to Gornergrat, many shops and restaurant. It’s next door to the delicious creperie that is always full. The street can be seen from the apartment’s window and it’s very beautiful. The heater works perfectly, we were always warm and comfortable during our stay in winter. The apartment is super clean and much more spacious than the picture. The value for money is really great. The fact that the building has an elevator is also amazing because we bring a baby stroller with us. If I ever go to Zermatt again I would definitely choose this place again to stay. The only addition that I wish it has is a microwave. But no other comment aside from that. 5 stars!

Wow, what a perfect stay in Zermatt! For a relatively expensive area to find accommodations, when I initially booked, I thought we might be sacrificing a bit in terms of style or amenities for location and price - this is not the case. Benjamin’s apartment is so much nicer than the pictures! The space was incredibly clean, set up perfectly, and exceptionally nice on the inside, especially compared to comparably priced listings in the area. And what a perfect location - an easy five minute walk straight from the train station, with a fabulous crepe restaurant right outside the doorstep, with the apartment tucked just behind the main road which eliminated any street noise. We had a lovely stay and wished we had planned a longer trip. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place!

This is a beautiful centrally located apartment. I highly recommend staying here. It’s in the main street of Zermatt, we walked from the station with all our bags. We were 2 adults and 2 kids 14 and 11. There was plenty of space, 2 bathroom, great appliances inc. washing machine dryer and air rack if you need. A small but has everything kitchen plenty of pots and pans, utensils, coffee machine and toaster. Netflix was on the main lounge tv. We hen flipping through the tv the local channels didn’t show and couldn’t use the tv in the bedroom but we didn’t try too hard and we didn’t ask for help with it as we just went with Netflix. There’s central heating for cold nights but also lots of windows for sunny days. Perfect !👌🏼 I would definitely stay here again We didn’t ski so can’t comment on those facilities.
