Un séjour INCROYABLE ! Je n’ai pas d’autres mots pour décrire les deux semaines que nous avons passé à Santa Barbara ! Le logement était parfait ! Propre bien rangé, le petit cahier qui décrit le logement était clair! J’essaierai de revenir un jour 😁

Great location, affordable, tight space, nice bedroom, not as clean as I would like, some simple maintenance would help. I'm not sure I would stay in this unit specifically again but it is a great price for being so close to the beach and State street. Great for 1 or 2 people.

Location, location, location. Santa Barbara is a beautiful city to visit and 118 Chapala St is just about the perfect place to stay. Everything is walkable from here including the Funk Zone, the beach, the pier, the Amtrak station and the harbour. It’s one of the oldest properties in the city so don’t expect all mod cons but that’s part of the charm. The shared roof terrace is a great spot to hang out.

The location was outstanding and the unit was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay of just over a week. It was dark and quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. Sandy immediately responded to any question or issue we had. The house is old and charming and we very much enjoyed it, along with the ability to walk to the beaches and many nearby excellent restaurants.
