The house was lovely, clean, fully equipped with anything you may need. Clear instructions as to everything. Other than the pool our kids loved discovering the different fruit trees in the orchard, the trampoline and of course Emma the cat, which lives at the property (outside). Florencio was an amazing host, always responsive, helpful and very friendly. We loved Alaro. It’s a pretty and slightly quieter village surrounded by the mountains. Its only slight drawback was that the lovely looking streets are rather narrow (which I suppose it’s normal for a place in the mountains) however driving can be quite stressful at first. We got used to it towards the end of our stay ;) Alaro doesn’t have as many tourists as some of the more popular places in Mallorca, which was great for us. Locals are very friendly, there are a few nice restaurants there (we loved El Trastero for dinner and Can Fressa for breakfast/lunch). It felt like we got to see more of an authentic side of Mallorca.

The property is absolutely beautiful, the pool is incredible and the whole experience is made even better by a very helpful host. A dream spot and the local restaurants in Alaró are to check out with a live band in the square on a Saturday night entertaining you while you dine outside. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing experience with a great home and host. The property is very beautiful and had all the modern amenities we could ever need. It was peaceful and relaxing to spend time outside in a wonderful part of Mallorca with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The house itself was extremely clean, well-organized, and designed perfectly. Overall we had an incredible week and would strongly recommend staying here to anyone else.

An absolutely beautiful villa in a picturesque and peaceful spot in Mallorca!! Florencio was an amazing host and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The house had everything we needed and many recommendations on things to do, see, eat, etc. Everything was well maintained and excellent accommodations! Truly an A+++ stay!!!

We had amazing time in Florencio's place. The house is beautiful with a huge garden, it is so well thought of, in every part of the day there's a sitting/chilling area which is in the shade. Super comfortable inside as well, haven't seen better soundproofed place that this, if you close the door you cannot hear anything from the outside. It has a beautiful open kitchen and outdoor barbecue, we love to cook and it is so well equipped, we didn't miss a single item. Outdoor gym/yoga room is also nice addition. Kids loved everything, they enjoyed exploring the yard, jumping to the pool and playing football. Florencio was amazing host, super responsive, he went above and beyond to make sure we are having amazing relaxing time at their home, he was also sharing great tips about Mallorca. Check-in and check out were seamless. This is the highest service I've seen from an Airbnb host. Thank you so much! PS. For people exploring the listing, don't think twice, book the place if it is available :)
