Booked The Coach House as was not getting anything else around Edinburgh but what an amazing experience it turned out to be. The place is more than beautiful with pristine layout. We walked all around the estate and found it invigorating. The kids also loved the place for the horses, ducks and peacocks. The house itself was clean, tidy and well kept. The linen smelled fresh, the bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well appointed. The place is a bit away from Edinburgh and can be little tricky to locate first time. However, Nicola was clear and prompt in her instructions. Livingston is around 5 miles and caters for most of the needs. Overall we enjoyed staying here and would definitely visit in the future.

The Coach House is in a lovely setting on the Harburn estate. Very peaceful and with easy access to Edinburgh and surrounding area. It’s a spacious home with modern amenities. Some nice touches such as a welcome pack of nibbles / fruit. Nicola was a delight to deal with throughout. I would highly recommend

The Coach House was perfect for our family while attending a wedding nearby. There are 3 full bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in addition to a full kitchen and sitting room. The refrigerator and cupboards had been pre-stocked with breakfast ingredients (eggs, milk, juice, bacon, sausage, bread, cereal) to feed our family and the kitchen was fully functional. We were able to have our breakfasts to start the day and bought groceries nearby and made dinners together. Mary and her pup Finn were fantastic neighbors and we got to say hi to them as they went out on their walks. The Coach House sits within the Harborn estate, but the instructions provided were very clear and we were able to find it without any issues. In the kitchen was a house binder with helpful information which we referenced during out stay. Helpful food suggestions and taxis. The property itself was beautiful but subject to Scottish weather while we were there. The kitchen and sitting rooms were cozy hangouts.
