I have spent over 2 months at Victor’s BnB and it is exactly how he describes it which I think is rare these days. It’s quiet and new and le rue St. Honoré is so close to the Palais Louvre I can see the pharmacy sign on St. Honoré when I stand in front of le Louvre yet once in the apartment it is completely quiet. That’s pretty amazing. There are cafés and a laundromat a few feet away. I walk from the apartment and can be standing on the Pont d’Arts crossing le Seine in 5 minutes. Les Halles is at most an easy 10 minute walk. For one person this an excellent apartment. Victor was nice enough to meet me at the apartment when I arrived from the US. He’s an excellent host and from time to time gave me some good information part of which helped me acquire le carte de séjour, long stay visa. I would definitely recommend this St. Honoré apartment and Victor as a host.

The best airbnb I have stayed in in Paris. I travel to Paris frequently and have stayed in multiple apartments in the city however; this one has easily become my favorite. Victor is kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The apartment is perfect for a solo traveler and you genuinely can't beat the location. So many cute coffee shops/restaurants as well as walkable to all the major sites. The building is quiet, safe, and secure which is always important to me as a solo traveler. I couldn't recommend this airbnb enough and will definitely be staying here again!
