Located in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, you will have the chance to be a few steps away from famous monuments such as the Palais Garnier or Louvre Museum or the Tuileries Gardens. Located on the 1st floor without an elevator in a typical Parisian building. The building itself was built in 1825, on behalf of Baron Roman Maria de Pereira, a journalist at the time. the apartment of 593 square feet is composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Impo The apartment has: - Living room with a sofa bed - A bar and table diner for 6 people - A fully equipped kitchen - 2 bedrooms please see the details in the next section - 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet The apartment is comfortable for 4 persons and a maximum of 6 persons. -Bedroom 1 with a double mattress -Bedroom 2 with a double mattress -Living room with convertible sofa bed for 2 people The apartment is equipped with: - A baby cot and/or a high chair on request only - 1 TV in the living room - High speed Wifi - Washing and drying machine - Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle - Refrigerator, an induction cooker, a microwave , pots and pans and other kitchen items For information, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Great location. Cleaning crew left wet clean towels on bed folded and no dryer , dirty towels behind door . bed was horribly uncomfortable , could not sleep there because it was completely sunk in on one side , noise from outside very loud , if you need to sleep don’t get this place .also not kid friendly , they have stupid restrictions that you can’t even talk otherwise they will charge you the deposit of $1000 which was another unexpected dumb rule , treads that they will keep deposit if u make noise . I have a teen and 22yr old boy and I had to tell them to whisper the entire 3 day stay 🫣😢 . was expecting it to be a lot brighter seen on photos, the living space is quite tight and dark. Only one bathroom and is upstairs . Not worth the money. This is one of the worst place, I’ve stayed. having to worry about making sure I take pictures of everything so they don’t try to charge me the 1k deposit . It was a very unpleasant stay . Some of the reviews don’t match .
Great location close to Louvre. It's close to a shopping area with lots of restaurants so if you are a light sleeper this may be a problem but we loved it and would return

Listed as a Historic Monument, Passage Choiseul is the longest covered passage in Paris. It was opened between 1825 and 1827 by the Mallet bank under the reign of Charles X. The plans were drawn up by the architect François Mazois.
The passage has remained one of the liveliest passages in Paris, due to its proximity to the Royal Theater of the Opéra Comique - current Salle Ventadour - and the Théâtre des Bouffes Parisiens.
The passage also has a remarkable literary past: Alphonse Lemerre, the first publisher of the Parnassian poets indeed had his shop in the passage. Louis-Ferdinand Céline, lived there as a child from 1899 to 1907. He immortalized the passage in its decrepitude in 1936, under the name of "passage des Bérésinas", in his book "Mort à credit". A historical marker pays homage to him.
