The apartment is nice and had everything we needed, beds were comfy and the location is good as it is 2 minutes from the beach. For the price it is definitely a good deal if you want to stay close to Kuta beach

쿠타비치 바로앞이여서 움직이기 좋았어요. 하지만 출입구가 너무 낡고 냄새가 났고 그랩배달원들이 찾지를 못했어요. 엘리베이터가 없는 2층 이라 관리인의 도움을 많이 받았어요. 빨래도 내놓으면 바로 그날 세탁해서 줬으며 청소요청을 하면 깨끗해진 숙소덕에 기분이 좋았어요. 침대매트리스와 의자는 교체해야할것같아요.

The spa is at the front of the accommodation. So we initially had to walk through the spa and up the stairs (there’s a side access for guests, but very narrow). It’s quite inconvenient when you have a few luggage each. The housekeeper, Santi, was very helpful. The apartment itself is very tired and badly needs maintenance. The WORST of all, for me, was the BEDS. They are so worn out the mattress sunk in the middle and I could feel the spring poking my back. My daughter got bitten by bedbugs. I ended up sleeping on the floor on my last couple of nights as back pain was too much. The bathrooms had sewage smell each time the toilet was flushed. The water pressure in shower wasn’t bad, but no hot water. The whole bathroom just needs maintenance or completely renovated. It doesn’t seem like they have commercial washing machine or dryer as towels (and our laundry) were seen drying on the porch near housekeeping room. Miss Santi was helpful but she’s not always around.

The Apartment we rented is so big, not what we have expected. The person in charge is always responsive with our needs. Great Location and accessible to Kuta Beach!

Sehr gute Unterkunft, nur 2 Minuten bis zum Strand und täglicher Waschservice im Haus. Bei fragen stand jederzeit ein Angestellter des Apartments zur Verfügung. Sehr gerne wieder, absolute Empfehlung👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
