The house has a wide open 1,200 square foot great room with a 25 foot ceiling… we had 7 people but easily could have fun with 15.

Our family enjoyed the opportunity to spend the New Year's weekend together close to Brattleboro. It was fun all of us being together under the same roof again. We prepared meals to celebrate our time together and also were able to get know a little better the community that our son and DIL live in. We are looking forward to our next opportunity to spend an extended period of time all together.

Our Group had a fantastic time. The home is super private, well appointed, with many massive gathering areas, big kitchen and comfy bedrooms. Will def be back!

Dennis is a great host. He was always very quick to reply and consistently went out of his way to be helpful. The house is great for large groups. We had a group of 9 guys for a weekend ski getaway and the house was perfect. The great room is really something else and the kitchen was perfect for preparing our meals. When we weren't on the slopes, we were in the house having a great time.
