This apt is fantastic! So cutely furnished, roomy yet cozy. VERY comfy beds. Well appointed baths. There actually is a separate third bedroom (with a twin bed). I didn’t find the street noise unpleasant, although I do sleep with a white noise app on my phone. Wi-Fi in the front and living area is great. Montorgueil can’t be beat for location. So many good restaurants and just a quick walk to the Seine, Louvre, Montmartre, Ste Chappelle… even the Champs Elysées was just 2 miles all the way to the Arch. My friend and I stayed there a week, we are OLD and we had a blast! Yann is indeed a Superhost. Greeted us, carried our bags up the stairs, and was available to answer questions about things to do and how to get around. Thanks again Yann for everything!

First off location was 5 star! 10 star really. So close to everything. 700m to the Louvre, grocery story 3 doors down and tons of restaurants, the mall is 50 steps away. Down side is it js a noisy apartment. It sits above a restaurant that closes everyday at 2 am and plays music and is noisy. I had to take a star away for this.. The front bedroom was so cute with its own bathroom but I barely slept in 8 days, again super noisy until 2 am and 4 nights I slept on the couch … if you are hard of hearing this is the perfect apartment. I had two teenagers with me and the back bedroom doesn’t get any WiFi so beware parents of teenagers. Otherwise you can’t beat location … I read reviews and never saw anything about noise but I would not be honest if I didn’t call it out.

Really fabulous stay, the apartment is located really well, two minutes to the trains and totally walkable to many of the main sights, the street below is full of wonderful bars and restaurants and the one right next door was brilliant for a night cap, if you don't fancy venturing too far after a busy day and wanting to stay close to home you don't need to venture far at all for great food and drink. Size wise it worked well for 3 ladies and felt safe and secure. We met Yann and his lovely Dad on our arrival of which they fully accommodated our early arrival. People have mentioned the front bedroom is noisy which it is, but put your deepest sleeper in there and remember you are in a City and a busy street and its totally fine. I would stay again.

This apartment is excellent. It is in a vibrant pedestrian street filled with cafes and bars. It’s easy walking distance to the river and therefore all the museums. The metro is only a minute walk away so easy access to all parts of Paris. The apartment was peaceful private and very sweet. There were 5 of us and we fitted in well. Yann is a wonderful host; incredibly helpful and responds so quickly.
