Despite having booked my stay 6 months ago for myself and 8 other guests at one of KG's other properties, 4 days prior to check in we were asked by KG to move to this property which is smaller, not recently renovated unlike the other one and 20 minutes further of a walk from town. KG were going to charge us the exact same for this and it took 2 days of non stop calls and messages for them to refund us £50. We were granted early check in however I had to message them 4 times on the day to be sent the check in instructions. Once we were in the property stank of stale cigarettes, there were only 2 half used toilet rolls left for us despite booking a booking of 9 guests for 3 nights and we were only left 3 tea bags. The property is right next door to an extremely noisy pub too which we were not informed about. Would not recommend.

Very disappointing and disgusting service. The house is located in a commercial/industrial/residential area and there was terrible noise all day long. The house promised to have a double bed which was a lie. Upon arrival we found that the toiler door does not work. The main door was not locking from inside. The Wi-Fi does not work. There was no courtesy tea, coffee even sugar in the kitchen. The house was not cleaned including the bed side draws. We found (disgusting) used tissue papers inside. Upon arrival when I called the property agent out-of-hour service they replied they cannot send anyone now and cannot do anything. All they can do is to send someone early in the morning. After several calls they have provided a different Wi-Fi connection, but no one came to visit us to fix other problems. However, there were couple of phone calls made from them while we were driving around in Wales. I have never seen such disgusting Airbnb accommodation to live with family for holiday and it was a humiliation for me in the family. I do recommend Airbnb to REMOVE the property from their accommodation list to keep their brand image live.
