We were a group of 8 on a family vacation in Cebu. I think this is one of the better places to stay in terms of location, space, & value for money. We used 3 of the 4 rooms because 1 didn't have aircon. The living area had 2 fans, no aircon. That's probably enough for most of the year but just couldn't cope w/ the summer heat. It's great if you don't mind going up the stairs since the bedrooms are on the upper floors, w/c we didn't. We were all able to fit around the kitchen table for dinner. We arrived at night & the caretaker was there to let us in. The next day, we got stressed because we woke up to no water. We messaged the host & the caretaker, within the day the latter brought us water seemingly from his house. Other than that & the lack of aircon in some areas, we really had a comfy stay. It was private, big enough for our group, pleasant, clean, & had all the basics. Shower water was cooler than tap water, a welcome surprise in the summer. Thanks to the hosts & caretaker!

Checked in with a total of 7 adults for 5 days and 4 nights. The caretaker was very helpful and was also responsive for concerns. The rooms were nice, spacious, and cozy. However, it took a long time for the air conditioning units inside the 3rd floor rooms to fully cool the room (given that we checked in at around 3pm when it was really hot outside). The bathrooms may be improved, as the showers were a bit weak. It was easier for us to use the pail when taking a bath. The WiFi speed may be improved. WiFi connection does not reach the 3rd floor rooms. Overall, this is a recommendable place if you are a group of more than 5 pax for its cheap price.
