We needed a place in Cebu City that day and Xylyn was quick to accommodate! Her place is welcoming from the second you walk in the door. AC units were nice and cold, furnishings were attractive and the kitchen was simple and modern.

Xylyn's place was a bit tricky to get to since you have to go a bit further inside from the main road... Once in the compound, the actual unit is located at the back of the first building on the left side... The photos shown were somewhat accurate... There was no (Keurig) coffee machine which was disappointing since I brought pods with me... The laundry machine was not available as well... On the plus side, potable water was readily available and a few cup noodles and two sachets of 3-1 coffee... Internet speed was perfect for a WFH setting... The unit comes with a free parking in the basement... Overall, it was comfortable, safe and secure since it's within a gated community... The host was kind enough to let us check out late since we had a later departure time...
