A lovely clean apartment, only a short distance from the beach. Steve is a fantastic host and was always responsive if we had any questions. Would love to come back again in the summer.

The flat is perfectly located for the beach, and a very short journey to shops, restaurants etc... We'd stay again and would recommend to anyone.

This place is all about location, location, location, as it is just a short walk away from the stunning Sandbanks beach. So, it is perfect if you love a robust beach walk. It is also doggy friendly and small child friendly. Unfortunately, the host has made us feel very uncomfortable on the both occasions we have stayed here, regarding some sand left in the apartment. Which is a real shame. It is inevitable that there will be some sand ...given its location in Sandbanks. Otherwise, the property does need some maintenance particularly in the bathrooms, with no water pressure from the main shower and dirty pull cords plus quite a bit of damp mould on walls which smells. It is a dated property and not very comfy but if you can see past these aspects (prior to the host carrying out required maintenance) and put up with the grumpy host, then the location really is fantastic. We however, shall not be returning for a third time and are looking forward to exploring new friendly places.

Good location in Sandbanks. Under 5 minutes walk to beach and to the ferry to Studland. The place itself had lots of space for us, and having the garden was a plus.
